There’s a new green development named “Ever Vail” on a 9.5-acre site in the West LionsHead area of Vail, Colorado.  The site currently has the vehicle maintenance shop, a warehouse, gas station and some retail shops and offices. The project will include a new resort village (condos), a hotel, offices, a park, a new gondola, and new shops and restaurants.  There will probably be 150-250 whole ownership condominium units and 75-125 fractional ownership condominium units. And there will be a 100,000-sq-ft mountain operations facility to replace the one being excavated for the project.  Ever Vail is estimated to cost $1-billion and be completed around 2013.

Manor Vail

Beginning skiers might consider staying at the plush Manor Vail, directly under the beginners area Golden Peak lifts. A sojourn at Manor Vail allows you to use the Lord Gore Clubs facilities, such as gyms and elaborate saunas. The Holiday Inn

The Holiday Inn differs from its namesakes elsewhere because of the distinct ski lodge features; you can avail yourself of the ski storage area, a shuttle to the lifts, a skiers sauna, guaranteed après ski entertainment, and intimate dining in booths. Antlers at Vail

Antlers at Vail occupies a lucky spot, just three walking minutes from Lions Head gondola and near many shops and cafés. Antlers offers some of Vails best-furnished and most deluxe condos (including large ones for groups). All of the 70 units—even those for two people—come with fireplaces, Jacuzzis, and modern kitchens that will beat Vails generally high restaurant prices.
