The site currently has the vehicle maintenance shop, a warehouse, gas station and some retail shops and offices. The project will include a new resort village (condos), a hotel, offices, a park, a new gondola, and new shops and restaurants. There will probably be 150-250 whole ownership condominium units and 75-125 fractional ownership condominium units. And there will be a 100,000-sq-ft mountain operations facility to replace the one being excavated for the project. Ever Vail is estimated to cost $1-billion and be completed around 2013.
